Alcohol Policy & Bar Services at The Vault Venue
At The Vault Venue, we are fully licensed through the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). This means that all alcoholic beverages, bartenders, and security personnel must be provided exclusively by The Vault Venue. For the safety and compliance of your event, outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
We offer a variety of customizable bar packages designed to suit different preferences and budgets. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we have flexible options to make your event seamless and enjoyable.

Bar Setup & Service Details
Our Wedding Bar Setup fee includes:
Three professional bartenders
One security officer
All necessary items to fully prep and operate the bar (cups, mixers, ice, etc.)
This fee covers 6 hours of bar service, ensuring your guests enjoy a smooth and professional experience.

Last call will be made no later than 11:15 PM
*DUE TO POLK COUNTY TABC GUIDELINES CATERING AND FOOD RECEIPTS WILL BE REQUEST FOR TABC RECORDS.*
*FOOD OPTIONS MUST ALSO BE OUT FOR GUESTS TO ENJOY AS LONG AS ALCHOL IS SERVED.*
