Let’s give it up for The Sniders! Brittney and Joey sure know how to throw the perfect party after an unforgettable wedding! They were an absolute joy to work with throughout the planning process, and the details of their big day were nothing short of timeless and classic. One of my favorite highlights? Their two incredibly special dogs who stole the show—not only during the ceremony but also at the after-party! These sweet pups got to witness their fur parents tie the knot, surrounded by their favorite people, making it all the more special.
What I loved most about Brittney and Joey was their Houston pride. As fellow Houstonians, we couldn’t help but appreciate the personal touches they brought to their wedding day. Their playlist was on fire, packed with some of our favorite Houston hits! And Brittney’s love for the rodeo and cowboy hats was woven beautifully into the décor, blending rustic charm with the elegance of our venue. Step one: Write down and draft out a realistic budget. List items from top priority to low priority. Once you’ve created a realistic budget start to looking for vendors who fit into each category by budget. Step two: Guest count, venue tip: The larger the wedding the more expensive the budget becomes. Intimate weddings are becoming more popular. Small guest list means more luxury and details items can be added to your wedding day without overspending on an excessive guest count and creates a more warm and intimate experiences. Items to consider to be the most expensive: Venue Catering Alcohol Florals Photography/Videography Let’s talk venue pricing? Does this venue fit my budget or is out of my range for the other items that important in my wedding? Finding a venue within budget allows you to spend more money on the things you really want on wedding days. The Vault Venue is stunning with extravagant details surprising our brides that less needed decor can be budget saving! All inclusive: Is it really all-inclusive? A lot of venues will bribe clients with a package stating have a wedding at “X” amount, when really they’re missing a few key items in their offered packages. A lot of those packages do not include alcohol per person, photography, hair and make up, staffing, add on or special elements. It is important to also factor in those items when thinking about All inclusive packages. That promising $24,000 all inclusive package could easily sneak up to $43,000 if you do pay attention to those extra details. Kim and Clay from Kingwood, TX were a dream to work with. Kim's vision for their wedding was to create an inviting, warm and intimate feel. Warm tones, deep greens, and beautiful white florals were the pallet for this stunning wedding. Classy and elegant touches were added, alongside cultural themes. Cocktail hour was eventful and guest enjoyed melodies played by one of their favorite mariachi bands. What a great way to get the party started! Guests enjoyed speciality bride and grooms drinks from our bar and hand crafted hors d'erves from All-Star Catering. To kick off the reception guest were greeted upstairs with a champagne glass from their custom made champagne wall. Not staying traditional and mixing in cultural vibes instead of having a traditional wedding cake, they serves tres leches cake by the glass by Tres Leches by Apna. Dinner was catered by All-Star Catering and dancing to follow by Dj Ivanent. Day of Coordinating was provide by our local Elevated Events out of Livingston, TX. Captured by Katelynn another local Livingston favorited captured this perfect wedding. We truly enjoyed getting to know Kim, Clay and their sweet family, their wedding was intimate and stunning and added the perfect touches in our elegant venue. We enjoyed every moment working this couple. Funny story, Justin and Abigail were models for a styled shoot we hosted last year. Justin scared his poor Mom, but sending her a picture of them during the styled shoot while she was fishing on Lake Sam Rayburn, she was shocked and really assumed they got secretly married.,
They were engaged a few months later and choose us to host their wedding reception. The ceremony was hosted at their church. The details of their stunning wedding reception consisted of pops of blush, pink, plum and greenery! Our absolute favorite element of decor was the hanging ivy from our ceiling rafters. What a statement piece it brought to our elegant and intimate venue! It created a vintage and garden like feel. Poppy Leigh designed their floral and she never disappoints! Her work is always stunning in our industrial venue. Cakes by Gina designed the beautiful tier cake. Enlone Entertainmnet provide beats that kept guest dancing and entertained all night long! Grazing Table was created and provided by local favorite Elevated Events. Catering was delicious and provided by All-Star Catering. The vintage venue feel and china dishes were provided by The Vintage Dish adding an extra special touch the already beautiful table settings. Adding child and glass wear can really elevate and create and upscale feel. AlleyJoe Photography capture every detail of the evening. We met Emilee and Josh of Kemah, TX back when were still renovating our building, it has been so fun getting to plan and watch their dream wedding come to life. Their day was full of color! We love color! Pinks, greens and blue radiated in their floral designs and decor. Everything was stunning and paired so well with our historical brick walls. Poppy Leigh, local Livingston florist, brought every little details of Emilee and Josh's vision to life! They were able to use their ceremony pieces and incorporate them into a photo wall for guests to enjoy during the reception! The Vault known for it's speak easy vibe, was turned into a cigar bar area for guest to enjoy cigars outside on our front patio. Adding a totally cool vibe to their already cool wedding! Cafe Natalie provided amazing top tier service and food! Hallie Wallace Day of Coordinator was so easy to work with, knew our venue and did not skip a beat! Not only did she Ashley Thornhill, photographer captured their day, Emilee hired Wedding Content By Tara, content creator to highlight every moment of her day! Such a unique and cool idea to add to your vendor list! It truly was a beautiful day filled with beautiful people! This beautiful hanging ceremony piece was done by Wildbloom Florals out of Montgomery, Tx. Elevating our ceremony space with pops of colors is one way to dress up our already elegant and charming venue. We allow hanging florals in the rafters, as long as, your floral vendor is licensed and insured! Imagine the possibilities and the beauty! Color is in for the spring and summer weddings! Adding drapery and floral mix created such a romantic and intimate vibe.
