*Small Event rental must include set up/break down time and minimum of

Prime weekend dates can only be booked 60 days in advanced.
No outside alcohol allowed.
If bar services is needed, there is a $150 bar set up fee: cash bar or prepaid consumption services are provided only for non-wedding events.

Venue Features:
Capacity: The venue can accommodate up to 165 guests, providing ample space for both intimate ceremonies and larger receptions.
Event Duration: Offers 14 hours of event time, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable celebration.
Indoor Climate-Controlled Space: Ensures comfort for guests regardless of the weather.
Bridal Suite: An elegant on-site bridal suite designed to provide a glamorous experience for the bride and her party.
Vault Room: A distinctive feature of the venue, the moody vault room serves as a unique photo opportunity and can also function as a groom’s quarters or changing room.
ADA Compliance: The venue is fully ADA compliant, featuring elevator access to the second floor and ADA restrooms.
Vendor Policy:
The Vault Venue welcomes outside vendors, provided they have liability insurance and are approved at least 30 days before the event.
The venue is also happy to assist in connecting clients with recommended vendors to ensure a seamless event experience.
Bar Services:
**Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted.**
The venue offers a full-service bar with customizable packages to suit various needs and budgets.
**There is bar set up fee. Bar set up fee includes up to 3 bartenders, security officer and items needed for the bar.**
**Alcohol packages are purchased separate and not included in the rental fee.**
The venue features a beautiful downstairs bar for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the event, as well as a fully mobile bar that can accommodate guests upstairs.
